Good
The location was easy to find. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Really professional attitude.
In the room was very hot, we couldn't change it and set another temperature, it was not possible. Another thing unfortunately was the clogged drain under the shower. I wanted to make myself a cup of tee, there was a kettle but no cups for tea.

Good location, but inefficient Aircon system.
The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The location was good and was close to the train station.
The aircon wasn't working properly and the room was extremely hot. The front desk staff did move us to another room, but we experienced the same. We had to sleep with the window open, which caused me to contract the flu. The shower door was faulty. There was a kettle in the room, but no coffee, sugar, milk nor cups provided.
